About Layer42

Layer42 is a provider of high speed Internet Services and applications
to businesses through out California.

Layer42 was founded in 1999 as a provider of high speed Internet 
Access services to businesses throughout California. In the middle
of 2000, as a result of the regional and nationwide fall out in the
DSL business, Layer42 began to fill the market void by offering 
traditional Internet services and applications to all businesses 
and organizations across California.  As a result, Layer42 has evolved
into one of the most dynamic Business to Business Internet Service 
Providers in California.

The companys management includes members that have proven experience 
in very successful start-up operations, and has built many of the large
networks that service much of the Internet today.
